Refunds and Product Exchanges
Did you receive a damaged item?
We understand that sometimes, no matter how much protection we pack away, carriers sometimes make mistakes which can damage your awesome Simply Willow Creation. When you receive a package, we encourage you to promptly ensure it is “a-ok” and if not, please let us know so we can assist you and make sure you are able to enjoy your purchases without the scratches or dents caused by shipping carriers.
Did you receive your product, but aren’t in love with it and want to exchange it?
Well, if you do not love the product you receive but you find another one you love, let us know. We would love to help you. So long as your purchase was completed in the last ten (10) days, it remains in its original packaging, and hasn’t been used, you can simply contact us and let us know what you want to exchange your item for. Return the unwanted product to us and we will turn around and ship the replacement product to you at no charge. Please know however, when returning a product for an exchange, you are to pay for the postage as well as any insurance for damage (highly recommended) which may occur in transit.
Sorry, we do not do refunds.
Unless you receive a damaged product, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
Shipping Rates and Terms
We know you are eager to receive Simply Willow Creations purchase and we are eager to get our handmade creations to you.
If you change your mind within 48-hours of your purchase, you may cancel your order by e-mailing us. Should we receive your request prior to the product being prepared for shipment, we will cancel your order and refund the full cost to you.
Note that shipping costs vary based on size, weight, and destination - however, if your order is for $125 or more (Thank you, by the way!), we will ship your order for FREE!
Finally, orders are processed Monday through Friday. Like your family, we do enjoy our holidays and weekends (including bank/mail/federal holidays) with our own family, so we do not process orders during those times either! If you purchase a truly handmade product, it make take some additional time, up to 21-days to prepare and ship the product.
